Metal: Remove the watch strap, add an appropriate amount of detergent to hot water, soak for 10 minutes, and then brush with a soft bristled toothbrush. After completion, rinse with clean water and dry with an electric hot air blower.
Plastic: Add an appropriate amount of detergent to hot water, soak for 10 minutes, and then brush with a soft bristled toothbrush. After completion, rinse with clean water and dry the strap in a shaded area.
Cowhide: First, use an eraser to wipe the dirty part of the watch strap. Because some dirt floats on the surface of the watch strap, it will be easier to remove some of it first for subsequent work. Wet the dirty area of the watch strap with a soft cloth, do not use water directly on it, as it will damage the genuine leather and easily cause deformation of the watch strap. Apply a small amount of toothpaste to a dirty area and gently brush with a toothbrush. When brushing, follow the texture of the watch strap, just like brushing teeth. Wipe the toothpaste foam with a soft cloth dipped in water, and then use paper to absorb the remaining water on the watchband. If there are still stains on the strap after drying, you can brush it more times. Check if there is still any dirt left on the strap. If possible, you can use an eraser to wipe it. If it's stubborn dirt like chewing gum, you need to go to a dedicated place to clean it. Don't force it, it will tear the skin. If there is still stubborn dirt, gently wipe it with a soft cloth dipped in a little alcohol. Alcohol has a strong cleaning effect, but there are certain limitations, so you can try using it.
