Calculation of weaving size
Calculation of Knitting Size for Each Part of the Top
Back piece of top
1. Bottom stitch=(1/2 chest circumference -1 cm) × Horizontal density+seam loss (needle)
2. Body length, number of rows=(Body length - Ribbed bottom) × Straight density
3. Body length rows=(Body length - Bottom rib - Shoulder hanging) × Straight density
4. Shoulder width stitches=Shoulder width × Horizontal seam loss (needle)
5. Total rows of hanging shoulders=length of hanging shoulders × Straight density
6. Number of stitches for hanging shoulder=(1 2 Number of stitches for chest circumference - Number of stitches for shoulder width) ÷ 2
7. Shoulder hanging needle collection method: After flat collection of 3-6 stitches, the remaining stitches are generally reduced by 1 stitch every 2 rows. Within a height of 7-9 centimeters, the number of stitches receivable is collected.
8. Number of stitches at the back neckline=width of the back neckline × Horizontal density+seam loss (needle)
9. Number of stitches per shoulder=(Shoulder width stitches - Back neckline width stitches) ÷ 2
Number of stitches per row on shoulder slope=Number of stitches per shoulder ÷ Number of rows at shoulder height
Top front panel
1. Bottom stitching=(1/2 chest circumference+1 cm) × Horizontal density+seam loss (needle)
2. The length and number of rows are the same as in the later film "2".
3. The length of the main body should be the same as the number of "3" in the back.
4. Shoulder width with the same number of stitches as the back piece "4".
5. The total number of hanging shoulder rows is the same as the back slice "5".
6. The number of stitches for shoulder hanging and retraction is the same as the back piece "6".
7. Shoulder hanging needle collection method: It can be compared to the back film, but the front film is 1cm more than the back film, and the needle collection should be done more times than the back film. This 1cm stitch count can be removed during flat folding.
When weaving sleeve pieces, there is a slight difference in their vertical and horizontal density compared to the original density:
Sleeve density=original density × 125% sleeve straight density=wish density × 95%
1. Cuff stitch=sleeve width × two × Sleeve horizontal density+seam wear (needle)
2. Sleeve length, number of rows=(Sleeve length - Rib length at cuffs) × Sleeve straight density+seam wear (needle)
3. Number of stitches on the sleeve=width of the sleeve × two × Sleeve horizontal density+seam wear (needle)
4. The number of stitches added on each side of the sleeve body=(number of stitches on the sleeve - number of stitches on the cuff) ÷ 2
5. Sleeve body rows=Sleeve length rows - Sleeve mountain rows
6. Number of sleeve mountain rows=sleeve length and height × Sleeves straight and dense ×+ Sewing loss (needle)
7. Number of stitches on one side of the sleeve mount=(Number of stitches on the sleeve root - Number of stitches on the sleeve mount width) ÷ 2
Collar piece
1. Number of stitches on the collar piece=(collar depth × 2+Back collar width+2 cm) × Ribbed horizontal density
2. Number of collar lines=collar height × Ribbed straight and dense

When making weaving processes, some regular dimensional relationships and simple calculation methods can be used for reference:
1. Generally, the sleeve width of adults is 3 centimeters to 3.5 centimeters less than that of hanging shoulders, and the sleeve width of children's clothing is 1.5 centimeters to 2 centimeters less than that of hanging shoulders.
2. The sleeve width of a general men's shirt is 21 centimeters to 24 centimeters, and the sleeve width of a women's shirt is 17 centimeters to 21 centimeters.
When weaving sleeve pieces, if adding stitches, it is advisable to start fast and then slow; if reducing stitches, it is advisable to start slow and then fast.
The height of adult sleeves is generally 12 centimeters to 14 centimeters.
5. The number of needle collection rows on the sleeve mount is close to the number of needle collection rows on the front and back shoulders.
6. For the convenience of weaving operation, the back neckline can generally not be considered.
The width of the back neckline is generally one-third of the shoulder width.
